According to my opinion, BTech cyber security is better than B.Sc cyber security. As in engineering there is a large exposure of learning and to get the industrial work experience as a practical.

The Courses mentioned by you are very close to each other and shows your interest in machine learning, Artificial intelligence and ethical hacking etc. To find best for you explore your interest a little bit. Watch videos on youtube to know the core and objective of the course and choose accordingly.

Work experience is not strictly necessary to apply for the MS in Cybersecurity at Northeastern University. However, having some background in coding or programming is beneficial. The university offers the MS Cybersecurity Align programme in which students gain the computer Science foundation needed to pivot into the growing cybersecurity field. After completing two semesters of graduate bridge course students can continue in the cybersecurity master's program.
