According to my opinion, BTech cyber security is better than B.Sc cyber security. As in engineering there is a large exposure of learning and to get the industrial work experience as a practical.

Sometimes it becomes very difficult to choose what can suit you better. Work experience is not strictly necessary to apply for the MS in Cybersecurity at Northeastern University. However, having some background in coding or programming is beneficial.
