Basically you can get admission in every University because all of they accept admission in D.Ed chords after school level completed your Diploma in engineering so you can apply for DD admission in any university you want if you qualify their entrance exam you will be the place in the course.

Hello Ramanpreet Kaur, after reading about this institution, i felt that, this is a govt initiative to improve quality of teachers and hence courses conducted here must be free of cost. Meaning only existing teachers who are nominated, only could undertake this course. Hence there is no mention of any fee structure.
