Yes you can do D.Ed your Diploma must be equal to +2 intermediate and must have atleast 50-60 %. .

Yes, it is possible to get admission in B.Ed without D.Ed as the education qualification needed for B.Ed is to pass degree in any subject with at least percentage mentioned as per the Institute or college you want to pursue from. So D.Ed is not required to do B.Ed. And most probably you would definitely have a degree as you are a lecturer, so it is very easy for you to do B.Ed. There are certain institutes in every district for the teachers and lecturers to do D.Ed B.Ed. M.Ed as per their convenience.

D.Ed: Eligibility
Successful qualification of class XII from a recognised educational Board. Preferably, humanities subjects as the main subjects of study at the 10+2 level, and a minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates). May 27, 2019.
Eligibility: 10+2 with minimum 50% marks in aggregate with Science subjects.
Course Level: Diploma
Admission Process: Based on the performance in the entrance exam.

the course require minimum 50% in class 12th. There are certain colleges in Mumbai University that offers the cost and you need to crack the entrance exam for it and selection will be based on your performance in the exam.
