Hi,The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course is Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc ) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. ) form a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks. So, you are not eligible for B.Ed course. So, you can apply for D.El.Ed by 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks. Thanks.

Duration of B.Ed course after D.Ed is of 2 years. For B.Ed course, minimum qualifications required to apply is D.Ed. It has to be done in relevant stream from government recognized institute. Better institute for B.Ed course:-
1) Amity Institute of Education, New Delhi
2) Aakash College of Education, Hisar
3) Astha College of Education, Haryana
4) Adarsh College of Education, Jammu.

Go for National Institute of Open Schooling and choose D.El.Ed programme but you should be a teacher working in a school.
