DY Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi is a good College. Comes in Top Colleges of Pune. It's NAAC Accredited with 'A' Grade. Established in 1984 it is one of the best colleges in Pune. The Mechanical Department was Accredited twice by NBA in year 2003 and 2008. Overall it's a good choice if you are getting it. You can get more details on website of DYPCOE. Of course, go for DY Patil CSE, it's a better option. In comparison or as per ranking, DY Patil is good and you are getting CSE too, so that's good. My recommendation is to go for DY Patil CSE. DY Patil is a reputed college and the academics as well as placements over there are good.

To be honest, I feel its impossible. Your score is very low in respect of the mentioned college cutoff. You should try for the management quota of good private engineering colleges. For more details, you can click on the link:

Hello,
Seats in the lateral entry programme for every college is very low as compared yo 1st year entry. So, getting seat in these colleges for non Maharashtra candidate is a little bit difficult.
