Quantum College, Roorkee is good for computer science engineering. But if you compare with MITS Gwalior, LNCT, Quantum and D.Y Patil then you will always find D.Y Patil as a best college for computer science engineering. This college is having a very good placement scenario. Best of luck.

As you have scored 83 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019 and you belongs to general category, so it will be difficult for you to get a seat in DY Patil. Still participate in the counselling process. At the same time, apply for some other private colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, etc. as per your interest and convenience to be on the safer side.

Remaining seats are filled by the institute on the basis of marks obtained in graduation.

Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering/Technology or B.Sc with Maths at 10+2 level and secured minimum 45% marks (40% in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) from a recognized board.
Admission is based on the marks obtained in Diploma/ B.Sc.
