Yes D.Y patil school of architecture have good placement because I believe they produce some very good architecture based on the work and almost 60 -70 % student get placement. According to the NIRF  report 2021 the median package offered was INR 3 LPA during placement 2021.

No, you can't join D.y. patil school of architecture without MAH March CET For M.Arch  architecture required candidates to have good scores MAH March CET  score

The eligibility criteria of M.Arch at D.Y. Patil school of Architecture

Eligibility - 

B.Arch with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks. 45 percent for reserved category candidates.

Criteria - The candidates will be selected based on GATE scores.

D.Y.Patil School of Architecture accepts the score of NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) and JEE Main (B.Arch or B. Planning) for admission to B.Arch. 

After selection, there is also a interview process which takes up 20% weightage in the selection process.

For B.Arch the placements stats are around 70% with an average salary of 4LPA INR. The hiring companies include GAMON, L&T, AFCON, etc.

For M.Arch and PhD the estimated placements are 60-70% and 50-60% respectively.

Patil School of Architecture, Pune, is generally well-regarded but does not appear in the top national rankings for architecture schools in India but Dr DY Patil College of Architecture Akurdi, Pune Architecture ranking by Outlook is 20 out of 30 colleges in India in 2024 and it was 21 out of 30 colleges in India in 2023.
