Yes, DAV College Chandigarh does refund fees under certain conditions. 7-10 working days for the payment to be credited in College's account. Multiple Payments Case: If double payment happens and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, the College will refund the payment after the College's account receives payment. Fees once paid for any Course/Class/service will not be refunded.The refund of fee will be done according to the fee refund policy 2023-24. The mode of payment is through cheque only in the name of applicant.

Yes, it is possible to transfer from D.A.V Varanasi to B.H.U due to medical injury. You need to provide a self-attested copy of a Disability Certificate issued by the District Chief Medical Officer (CMO) along with your application and you have to contact with your college and administration for the process.
