You can take admission in B.tech or BCA. There are lots of good colleges in Delhi/NCR. If you want to gain good practical knowledge than you have to choose good college. I have passed my B.tech in 2016 from Aravali college faridabad . It's a very good college and you will get direct admission on the basis of your marks. Hi
The admissions are in full swing in some colleges like LPU in the online mode where they let you go through the admission process online and also inform you the scholarship slabs for which you would be liable.
So best for you would be to browse the college websites to check the important information regarding admissions.
Browse good colleges which would give you more than scholarship, that is, check the academics of the college, as well as infrastructure, exposure, seminars, projects, etc. so that you get the best. Last but not the least, some colleges also offer their assistance for getting education loans.
All the best !!
