Yes, Delhi Technical Campus accepts entrance exam for admission to UG and PG courses. DTC offers admission in affiliation with GGSIPU. IPU CET score is also accepted for admission to some of the courses. Below are the entrance exams accepted for Delhi Technical Campus admission:

Candidates apply for UG or PG course at DTC must fulfil the eligibility criteria. Delhi Technical Campus, Greater Noida has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
