The admission for NRI quota starts a bit week later after the forms for general category opens by DTE.

The admission for MBA programme is through Directorate of Technical education, so you will need to fill a form at www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in. As soon the process of DTE will be over, PUMBA will be following next steps as per DTE instructions.
