Could you please state your percentile,otherwise I won't be able to answer the question. But, last year cut-off percentile for open category was 95 percentile.

There will be separate round conducted by DTE for J&K students. Dates will be announced by DTE. You may get admission to PUMBA but it depends on number of students before you.

Usually some time is given for the students who are not having some of the documents at the time of admission and you have to produce those documents within that time frame. Generally that time frame is decided by DTE. Everything will be clear once DTE announces the dates.

For the batch 2014-16 process is in the final process. For the batch 2013-15 , average package was 5.43 lacs p.a. and highest was 8.75 lacs p.a.

Admission to PUMBA is through CAP rounds conducted by DTE and there is no separate process. So, admission to PUMBA will be after announcement of dates by DTE. Keep Checking DTE website for the same.

Yes PUMBA is better than Dalmia for marketing also it depends on candidate how he performs in the interview as opportunities will be available in both the colleges.
Highest package uptill now for 2016 batch is 8.7lpa.

Placements are good in PUMBA and for Operations batch avg package was 5.5lpa and highest package was 7.2lpa.
