I guess, this score might not be sufficient as cutoff's are expected to rise above 600. But still, you can give a try as in the later phases you may secure your admission but for that requires patience.

The cut-offs for SC category are above 95 percentile. Please check DTE website as it may change for the current year.

Please refer the www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in as the admission process for PUMBA is entirely guided as per the rules and regulations of DTE.

The MAT cut-offs are expected to be around 600. College won't be considering May 2017 MAT score for admission.

No, you won't be considered as a home university student but you will be in OMS category no matter if your home university is Pune University.
