NIFT, Pearl, JD institute of fashion technology, INSD, ModArt etc are some of the known colleges. The course fee depends on diploma or degree. A degree in NIFT costs around 5 lakhs.

As suggested by Chhavi, there are various jewellery design institutes in Mumbai. For specific jewellery design course in Mumbai, above institutes can be preferred. Also, if you are looking for graduation, you can explore option of Life style accessory design from NIFTs.
NIFT course won't be very specific for jewellery design but it will give you exposure of designing life style products in general and later you can choose to work for specific field (jewellery). National Institute of Design also has M.Des (Life Style Accessory Design).
