It varies from institutions to colleges, usually, a good university may offer at around 3 to 5 lacs annually.
You must have a look at IILM University Gurugram, for B.Des Interior Design they offer decent scholarships as well.

No, you cannot join. The eligibility criteria of BVA in Graphic Design and Brand Strategy of Bangalore School of Design is 10+2/ PUC Pass. So first, you have to complete your 12th.
