If you want a course in footwear design and manufacturing in India with good placement then I'll prefer you to opt for the NID Ahmadabad as this is only best college for this course that can meet your expectations.

It will cost you around INR. 6.5 - INR. 7.0 lakhs for the whole course in this college for this course, but this college is best in class in all the other colleges offering same course in placements, faculty and infra.

As according to my knowledge B. Des has more scope as compared to B.F Tech as the B.F Tech is of 4 years and B. Des is of 3 years only and the companies also pay less to B. Des students as fresher, but once you gain 1 year experience you will grab more payout then B.F Tech.

If you choose any good college like graffiti institute of fashion technology, Indore, they will teach you basic drawing & observation skills in 1st year. So, there is no need to worry. Drawing skills can be acquired by right technique under good teachers and hard work by constant practice.

It's a very good choice! The placements are really nice and you need not to worry about anything. Just take admission in that.
