You can apply for the polytechnic where only class 10th base is allowed or required. You can opt any kind of engineering any kind of sciences or any kind of stream with only class 10th, so this is the best option where you can achieve and gain a lot of knowledge and experience.

Fashion design course is there in the Mumbai University. You can go for it. After this course, you will be able to get a decent job in any company. You can also start your career with a startup in fashion designing after the completion of the course. Best of luck.

See it completely depends on type of domain. Since you have graduated with Diploma in computer science. It will be difficult for you to go for fashion designing. So all the best for your future.

Diploma courses in NIFT range from 3moths-1year and they hold good value. The campus placements that NIFT has to offer are tremendous. The college is well linked to the industry, through internships and jobs you can make contacts that will allow you to establish yourself in your field of expertise.
