For admission to B.Sc. Interior Design, students have to clear the entrance exam which many colleges conduct separately followed by group discussion round and personal interview round.
Skills tested in the entrance test includes general proficiency, logical reasoning, quantitative analysis and basic Mathematics and the students are judged on parameters like career focus, maturity and confidence, general awareness and intellectuality in the personal interview.
All India Entrance Examination for Design (AIEED) is an exam conducted for admission to undergraduate exams for designing courses including B.A Interior Design. This exam is carried out in January and April generally.
Many colleges accept the scores of AIEED like Pearl Academy, JD Institute of Fashion Technology, Apeejay Institute of Design, New Delhiand National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad.
Some colleges also accept NATA, CAT and MAT scores as well.
Colleges like Pearl Academy, JaganNath Institute of Management Sciences, New Delhi offer admission through lateral entry i.e. in 2nd year to students who have passed 1st year with minimum 50%.

Creative-design led thinking is something that is applicable across all industries. I do believe everybody has it and it is just a matter of focus, on how one would like to sharpen that skill. Your BBA would actually come in handy especially if you would aspire to put up your fashion label someday. If you do plan to take up fashion design management, I find that a lot of the principles found in you discipline of origin is applicable to FDM. Well, yes you can pursue Masters of Fashion Management from National Institute of Fashion Technology. Your Bachelors in business administration will come handy. For this, you need to qualify Entrance Exam, Which comprises of Aptitude Test followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Your only limit is yourself!
