You have a stark clarity in what you want and I'd like to congratulate you for that. However, to attain such ambitious goals, you need to work really hard. I'd suggest you to rather keep yourself open to more programmes. Design education is flourishing in India and is no longer restricted

NID doesn't provide Fashion Styling Programme. They do provide vocational courses & workshops, updates for such can be found on their website.
