Hello Asim, Under design specialisation, you can opt for courses like interior design, textile/ apparel, visual merchandising, footwear, fashion communication and styling, fashion technology, jewellery design etc. It is always better to go for a course that interests you.

Hi Namitha, As FDDI provide all courses related to design, you should know how to draw. Please don't listen to all these people who tell you that it is okay to not be able to draw. I would like to rephrase their advice to you may lack drawing skills but you still do need to know about drawing. And especially if you want to do course related to B. Design. Best of luck for your future.

Hi Priti!
If you intend to work with an organisation and then grow from there, having a B. Des degree is enough. If on the other hand, you wish to have your own fashion business or aspire to become a fashion lecturer, pursuing higher education should be your call.

Hi Priti!
All NIFT colleges maintain the same level of education and environment. The Delhi and Mumbai branches are famous only because they are situated in metro cities.

Hi Muskan!
The institute is great in terms of placements and job opportunities. The institute offers 100% placement assurance. Companies like marks and Spencer, Madamme, tommy hilfiger etc. Recruit students from the campus. The only thing what matters is the students portfolio I. e. the capability of the student.
