Because you have completed your Bachelor degree, So you are eligible for M.Des courses of NID, NIFT or other Design colleges. NID and NIFT conducts their own entrance exam for M.Des admission. While CEED entrance exam is for admission in IITs. IIITs and IISc for M.Des courses.

UGC has approved a proposal to allow students to pursue two degree programmes at the same time. One of the degrees has to be in the regular mode and the other either in open and distance learning or online. A student can pursue two degrees in different streams as well as from different institutions. So two regular degree can not pursue together.

If you are asking about Artemisia College of Art & Design Madhya Pradesh, than you can get admission here in B. Des in Game Design& Development. The eligibility criteria is given below. Eligibility : 10+2 or EQUIVALENT (ANY DISCIPLINE Science / COMMERCE / HUMANITIES / FINE ARTS, etc. ). No minimum percentage is required for admission to any programme. Admission criteria : Admissions at Artemisia college degree courses are through the ACAD Entrance EXAM or through Portfolio Evaluation.

No this is not necessary because NID and NIFT conducts their own entrance exam for M.Des admissions. However one can get admission in top design institutes in M.Des courses through CEED. The objective of the Common Entrance Exam for Design CEED is to assess the candidates aptitude for design involving visual perception ability, drawing skills, logical reasoning, creativity, communication, and problem solving skills. CEED is conducted by IIT Bombay. Usually, it costs around INR 2 LPA - INR 4 lacs per annum, but again it differs from colleges to institutions to universities. There are several choices for pursuing your career in the fashion design field as B. Des Fashion Design, B.Sc. Fashion, B.A., or Diploma courses as well but amongst all B.
