I must share the concern that the MCA marks won't matter for B.ED Admission. The 39 percent marks of Graduation shall make it tough for you to get admission on the basis of marks.
But, there are entrance tests conducted by universities these days.

Yes, you can do your B.Ed from any university, as they ask for graduate degree mainly.

Yes, B.Ed degree by distance is recognised.

Of course, you can do B.Ed course. There is no problem.

Yes, you can go for B.Ed. You must have completed graduation/masters securing at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC).
