Yes, it is possible to pursue CS along with B.Com, because the subjects in CS are very much similar to the B.Com subjects and the exam level is very much easy in comparison with the professional exam. You can easily clear the B.Com Exams.

The distance education is centrally managed by Delhi University as well as Mumbai University. They have a separate entity known as department or institute of Distance Education and Open Learning. The colleges that are affiliated to these universities do not offer distance learning on their own.

No, doing this will only validate your degree, as according to governments new rules, doing distance courses is a little bit difficult, as the government is shutting down these type of courses.

It's always best to go for a regular degree (as compared to a correspondence course) whenever the option is available. Let's look at your dilemma in two parts for a holistic reasoning: (I) Whether to opt for getting a Bachelor's degree at all? (ii) Regular vs. Correspondence
Even though one can do without opting for a Bachelors at all if one is pursuing CA I suggest one should still obtain the degree for three reasons -
1. There is no guarantee one will clear all the CA exams in the first attempt (though I hope you do). You won't have any degree against your name to speak of till then. To me, that's a scary thought.
