It is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by National Council for Technical Education (NCTE) and offered by Panjab University, Chandigarh.
So, you can't do correspondence course.

Andhra University is a recognized university under UGC and its distance school is also recognized by Distance Education Bureau of University Grants Commission. So, it is valid. Thanks.

Eligibility:
A Bachelors or higher degree from a recognized university, and
Two years full-time regular teaching experience on temporary/permanent basis as Primary/Graduate/Post-Graduate Teachers in Primary, Secondary/Higher/Senior secondary school recognized by the central or a state government or a union territory are eligible to take admission.
As you don't have teaching experience, you are not eligible.
