NEET is conducted by National Testing Agency and is important for students going for admission to medical courses in India. So in general it is not possible to become a doctor in India without clearing NEET exam.

NEET is standard exam that is accepted by most medical colleges in India and it is needed for UG courses.

But there are some alternative options available for students who are unable to clear NEET exam or who did not appear for exam.

The main reason of introducing the in-service quota was because, candidate were not able to work and at the same time update their knowledge and compete with other general merit candidates.
50% of government reservation was for government doctors who are in government service.

Hi
ENT doctors are doctors of medicine, whereas audiologists are not. Some progress through further study to specialize in ears specifically and are responsible for ear surgery. An audiologist may have a clinical doctorate degree, Au. D. , or a Ph.D. and can use the title of Doctor. They are not, however, physicians in that they do not have a medical degree nor can they practice medicine.
