You can become a surgeon after MBBS. MBBS is graduation and neurosurgeon is post graduation .You have to clear NEET with very well marks and then you will get admission for MBBS because in India MBBS seats are very limited and lot of students prepare for this exam.

You should first give pre-medical exam and after clearing it, can opt for Ayurveda.

I think that you should choose your career.
Don't ask anyone for this.
Others can only tell you the benefits of all the three professions, but you have to decide the better one.
In the studies of Doctor, you have to work hard & study too much.
Banking job is really good. But the work pressure is sometimes really high.
Yes, teaching job is also a good choice.

You can become a doctor in India in 5 and half years. Opt for MBBS, BAMS, BHMS or BDS course. It should be completed before 6 years. All the best. Feel free to revert.

In order to have wider career options, you are advised to opt for PCMB at 10+2 stage if it'd allowed by your school and board of education. Even with PCB you have other career option beside medical such as pure science, pharmacy, law, hotel management, BBA, fashion designing , medical technologist, nursing etc.

In India, all courses in emergency medicine require MBBS as minimum qualification. So, you won't find emergency medicine course for BAMS doctors.
