The Government College of Engineering and BAMU Aurangabad are good options for pursuing B.Tech in Maharashtra. However, it is difficult to determine which one is better as it depends on various factors such as course curriculum, faculty, infrastructure, placement opportunities, and fees.
As per me I would say Government College of Engineering is much better for Engineering.

No, Government College of Engineering (GECA) is not more expensive than Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) Aurangabad. In fact, GECA is significantly less expensive than BAMU Aurangabad. The tuition fees for various courses at GECA are as follows:

In comparison, the median package offered to UG and PG students at BAMU Aurangabad in 2022 was INR 3.36 LPA and INR 2.52 LPA, respectively.
GECA also has a higher placement rate than BAMU Aurangabad. In 2022, 80% of CSE students at GECA were placed, while only 48% of students at BAMU Aurangabad were placed.
