BAMU BSc (Hons) Computer Science curriculum is divided into semester-pattern. Hence, the curriculum includes subjects semester-wise. Students are required to study some of the following subjects during the programme mentioned below:
- Fundamentals of Computer
- Introduction to Data Structure
- Basic of Object Oriented Programming using C+
- Computer System Architecture
- Database Management System, etc.

There shall be supernumerary seats for following candidates as per the directions received from the Central government and State government and other competent authorities from time to time:
- NRI Candidates
- Person of Indian Origin
- Foreign Candidates- 20% of Intake
- Jammu and Kashmir candidates- 2 Seats
There shall be seat reservation for candidates belonging to the Home University, subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria specified by respective authorities. This reservation shall be as per the following chart:
