DVRU Bihar accepts admission forms for BTech courses in both online and offline modes. Eligible candidates are free to apply online through the official portal of the university. Offline applications can be taken from the admission office. Filling out the application, it can be submitted successfully by paying the application fee amount through DD and other means. On the other hand, the total tuition fee for BTech at Patna Sahib College of Engineering and Technology is INR 3.6 lakh. Therefore, it is clear that DVRU Bihar is more affordable for undergraduate engineering courses.

Yes, Dr. C.V. Raman University does follow seat reservation policies for BTech courses according to the state government policies. This includes reservations for categories such as Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). Specifically, a 10% reservation for EWS candidates. Moreover, the management of the Institution shall not discontinue any course or start any new course or alter the intake capacity of seats without the prior approval of the council.

In certain conditions, Dr. C.V. Raman University rejects the application form for the BTech course. The application form shall be liable to be rejected in case:
- Application Forms received after the last date
- Those received without requisite fee
- Paying off the requisite fee through Demand Draft with lesser amount
- Demand Draft of requisite fee not drawn in favor of DR. C.V. RAMAN UNIVERSITY, payable at Imadpur, Vaishali.
