The essential eligibility requirement for admission to B.Tech courses at Dr. C.V. Raman University is that candidates must complete their Class 12 or equivalent in Science stream, including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects, with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved category candidates).
