- Counselling letter, if generated
- Copy of online application form
- Class 10 marksheet and certificate
- Class 12 marksheet and certificate
- Graduation marksheet
- Graduation degree
- Caste Certificate-OBC/ EWS/ SC/ ST)
- Physically disabled Certificate (if applicable)
- Transfer/ Migration Certificate
- Undertaking (if any discrepancy is found)
- Two colour photographs

After qualifying CUET-PG, shortlisted candidates have to come for counselling round with the original and one set of self-attested copies of each of the following documents:
- CUET-PG scorecard
- CUET-PG admit card
- Class 10 marksheet and certificate
- Class 12 marksheet and certificate
- Graduation marksheet/ degree
- Category Certificate-OBC/ EWS/ SC/ ST (of not later than six months)
- Aadhaar Card
- Two passport-size photographs
