This depends and varies from university to university. Some universities do conduct exams while others don't. So, it depends on the college you choose.

No, you can't. JEE paper 2 can be taken only by those candidates who have physics, chemistry, mathematics as their subjects, along with meeting other eligibility criteria.

MA in economics is a hot qualification. One can get into the capital market as a researcher or economist. One can also join the media industry as a journalist, correspondent or writer. An MA (eco) armed with MBA finance is an excellent option for moving into the capital market domain as an Analyst. It is also an avenue of venturing into the academics line as a teacher/lecturer.
Salary depends on a multiple factors but is never a constraint for the right person with the desired skill set and exposure.

It depends on your interest and hard work. Both the courses are good but I think that finance is better in comparison to economics.

Actually, change of college depends on the university norms. As far I know it is possible only in the beginning of 2nd year, provided that your previous year's marks are good.
First, get permission from the department of your college. You should talk to your teacher in charge.

I don't think you can join any other course with back papers. You have to clear all your back papers to join this course of 6 months in Kamraj University. For more details, contact the university

As per my opinion and knowledge, Delhi University conducts an entrance exam for MA in economics and being a category student, you have much more chances of getting admission, it doesn't matter from where you have completed your graduation degree.
