To do MA in Economics, you need to have maths in class 12th and you need to have studied maths in the specified number of semesters which may differ from college to college. If you have done B.Com then you are eligible for MA in Economics but you need to fulfill the criteria of studying maths.

If you want to pursue your Bachelor's from DU you don't need to crack any entrance, admission is merit based. And cutoffs are high, so try to get above 90% marks

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case, you are interested to pursue a career in economic, equality research, financial, journalism academic area, then M.Sc Economics is better. However, if you want to move into a career in analytics and data Science then the other two courses are better.

Yes you can take Economics as a pass subjects in DU. If you don't have maths still you can take Economics or any subject if you want.
