You need to contact France campus and check the eligibility for the same. Majority of the course in France require at least B1 level of French language for the Master degree but you should check whether the same condition for your desire course.

There are many courses in Arts and Humanities, Physical Education, etc. where you just need to be pass in your previous qualification.
There are many reputed universities like Lovely Professional University, Chitkara University, Chandigarh University, Rayat Bahra University, etc. are offering a wide variety of courses to choose from.
Check some of these universities for more details. Some of these also offer good scholarships.

There is no such restriction on languages. It is all about knowledge and experience. You can definitely pursue MA economics in English.

Institute of Home Economics don't have B.A. (Hons) in Journalism.
