yes after completing your MBA you can go for M.A. Economics and the eligiblity will be I think 60% with some work experience or may not.
MA Economics gives you a wide range of opportunities as you can be a professor in an University and much more.

Sorry that I saw your query only today. The online process of accepting applications for UG courses in DU had closed. If you had seen and registered on this portal then I am sure you will shortly find results on the same portal about status of admission.

Yes, based on your graduation subjects, you can definitely think of doing M.A. In another subject. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about admission in DU for M.A.:

It actually depends on the management of the college. Normally colleges insist on payment of full year fees at the time of admission since they feel that this ensures the student will not leave in between. But if you have pressing issues, I feel a dialogue with management will yield some solution.

You have done PG in management hence you are eligible for Ph.D. in management. However, if you are desirous of Ph.D. in any other subject, then you need to obtain PG in that subject first.

There re many colleges offering economics in Kolkata. Ramnarain Ruia college is perhaps one of the oldest college and has a good reputation. Its faculty too is reputed to be good. Hence I would definitely rec you to take admission here.
