Registration and admission test has been taken place long ago. Sorry, you can't apply in Presidency University this year.

No there is no percentage reduction. The admission is merit based on the basis of your 12th standard best four percentage. You get the college if you meet the requirements of college as every college vary in their cut-off for each subject.
