Education Law courses come in various formats, including:

Postgraduate Diplomas (PG Diplomas): Introductory courses and workshops that provide the basics of the particular subject within a short time.
Master of Laws (LL.M): Proper and more detailed approaches to Education Law through extensive programs.
Master of Philosophy (MPhil): Degree programs that are research based and specialised fields of Education Law.
Doctor of Philosophy (LLD): The highest degree that demands a significant amount of the creation of a new thesis.

Education Law courses in India have some basic qualification requirements of eligibility criteria but they also differ with the college and level of education.
