It depends on you that if you want to pursue it through regular mode there is higher scope of getting good placement with your experience of 7years and if you want to pursue through distance mode then side by side you can do job with it as well.

Hi,Diploma students are not eligible for MBA course. You have to complete minimum 3 years graduation in any stream/subject, after that you will become eligible for MBA studies.

Hi,
It is now mandatory to maintain 75% attendance in Schools & Colleges. Some Colleges are so strict that they do not issue admit card, if attendance is below 75%. Sometimes one might get detained even.
Even in Government Polytechnic Pune - Attendance is must.

Yes. These days, for general coding software companies are hiring people with analytical strengths. Any specific streams of engineering is not mandatory as far as the candidate has basic work knowledge. If you want to retain your core learning and still be in software sector, then lots of automation work is happening in the domain of Transmission and distribution and you should try your higher education in this area and move on to software sector.
