In which state are you looking for doing engineering in Information Technology (IT)?
You cannot get admission in government colleges in this grade but you can have a chance to get good private colleges which are giving good qualities in Information Technology (IT).

Private sector is obviously good and you get heavily paid. But you don't have job guarantee, etc. Government sector jobs salary might be less, but people choose it for job surety, facilities, etc. In government jobs you can sometimes do fraud, cheat and earn illegally more than legal.

If you feel you have enough potential and scores to get into the government institutes then wait patiently for the counselling. If you have a doubt then you can get admission in a private college allocated first. Decide and secure a seat in a private college then participate in the counselling process for government colleges and if you get one leave the private college seat.
But be careful, choose a college that will refund your payments once you opt to switch to a government college.
Good luck.

First of all, private universities and institutes do not offer course free unless you are top ranker and outstanding students who can raise their brand. Considering your rank, it is not possible so you better work hard and try next time.
