Yes, Jain Deemed-to-be University, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, follows the refund policy for the M.Tech programme as per Jain University. The regulations say the fees are refundable if the admission is cancelled within 15 days of the last admission date. If students cancel the admission after 15 days, a deduction of 5%, INR 5000 approximately is made, and rest of the fee is refunded.

KCET is only for Karnataka domicile students — so students from other states cannot apply for KCET unless they have studied in Karnataka for a minimum number of years (usually Classes 6–10 or 11–12 in a Karnataka school).
