IIIT Sri City cutoff 2025 for BTech course was published in the form of opening and closing ranks based on the JEE Main entrance exam. 

For the OBC category, the overall cutoff ranged from 9854 to 49683. As per the last round, the hardest BTech specialisation was BTech CSE. Students can see the table below to know the round 1 and last round closing cutoff for this category.

 IIIT Sri City BTech cutoff 2025 was released for various categories under the All India quota. For the General AI category, admissions for BTech CSE were closed at a rank of 29046. On the other hand, for the OBC AI category, the last round closing rank was 40944 for the same branch. Comparing both the ranks, we can see that the competition for the General AI quota was higher. 

Students can see the table below to know the first and last round cutoff ranks for various categories.

University of Toronto is considered bit difficult for Indian students to get into as university's Engineering courses are among top Engineering courses in Canada. Also the university's acceptance rate is around 15% which shows it is highly competitive to get admission.

The course fee varies at Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering for different levels. The University of Toronto Engineering UG Tuition is CAD 70,060 (INR 46.53 L) for the first year excluding the living expenses. The duration of Engineering at U of T is 4 years. The UG international students are also required to pay application fees at this Engineering faculty.
