The college offers good number of placements and salary offers to their students, and have shown a 90% placement rate for the past years at St. Peter's Engineering College. It has a very active industry interaction where more than 200 companies visit the college placement campus every year like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Infosys etc. The median salary for students is Rs 6.5 Lacs per annum and the largest salary going to Rs 18 Lacs per annum. Similarly, the college also says that 20% of students get salary above Rs 10 Lacs per annum, 50% students get salaries between Rs 5 Lacs and Rs 10 Lacs per annum.

For the courses offered at St. Peter's Engineering College fees structure varies from Rs. 90000/- to Rs. 150000/- for undergraduate and Rs. 60000/- to Rs. 120000/- for postgraduate courses. For B.E./B.Tech the total fees is between Rs 3,60,000 to Rs 6,00,000 for the period of four years in the college. The M.E./M.Tech courses has fee between Rs 1,20,000 – Rs 2,40,000 for two years.
