As per the cutoff ranks, the toughest course for the General HS category candidates was BE in Computer Engineering, with the cutoff rank of 24825. DAIICT Gandhinagar cutoff was released for Round 3, for different categories under the HS quota. The cutoff for the General AI category ranged between 85 and 290, with the toughest course to get into being B.Tech. (Hons.) in Information and Communication Technology with minor in Computational Science. Therefore, student with the cutoff rank of 99 can get admission to a few courses. Yes, you can. Many private colleges offer Computer Science to candidates who are from the PCB stream. However, if such candidates wish to enroll on a Computer Science course in a government college, admission can be tough. The candidates are advised to go through the admission requirements of their desired colleges before applying for Computer Science admission. Also engineering courses could be off limits for students who did not have maths in class 12th.

Yes, you can get into Chandubhai S Patel Institute of Technology with a GUJCET rank of 25000 if you belong to the General HS category. This category had the last round cutoff ranging between 2491 and 22052. While the attained rank won't get you the most sought-after course, ie, BTech CSE (cutoff of 2491), there were other courses available. This list for the same is provided below.

Whether you can get a seat at this institute would depend on the Vishwakarma Government Engineering College GUJCET Cutoff 2025 for various AI and HS quota categories.
For the General AI category students, the last round cutoff ranged from 900239 to 903773 for various BTech course branches. Hence, if you belong to this category, you might get a seat.
