As you mentioned your age particularly, I think you are connecting your age with your qualification, experience and job.  It's absolutely right. but education has no age limits. gaining knowledge at any age will never go in vain.  If you are in the job then, you can do certification courses in similar field which will support your job, promotion etc.  If you are not into job then first find the job and select the course according to your relevent field of work.  

If you really want to excel in education take Post graduate courses in premium education institutions which will give chance for campus as well.  

If you are in good position then go for MBA from reputed institutions.
