According to NIRF report 2025, MBA median package recorded during las SkillTech University, School of Management and Entrepreneurship placements 2024 was INR 6.47 LPA. In 2023, the median package offered was 6 LPA.

CIMP is pretty decent when it comes to placements for the regular PGDM program—companies do come in, and the average package is around INR 6 LPA – INR 7 LPA. But when it comes to the PGDM in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Development, it's a bit different. Since the course is more startup-focused, traditional placements aren't as strong. It's a good fit if you're serious about building your own venture, but if you're mainly looking for campus placements, the core PGDM has better options.

There are numerous ways to prepare for an interview and crack it. The three most effective parameters are mentioned below:

  • Confidence- This creates the first impression that will help in further communication
  • Communication Skills- The interviewer looks for a candidate who can put his/ her points with clarity and precision. Even after having sound technical skills, poor communication skills can create a negative impact.
  • Knowledge- Regularly go through newspapers and social media tools to stay updated with current affairs.
