B.Com is a Bachelor degree. In my opinion, Tally is no way helpful in completing a degree. I think tally software learning not a part of the syllabus. So tally is not at all important in your studies. If you are poor in study, then I am afraid you will not able to do any demanding course. Also, ICWA is not a valid course as far as I can tell. If you are asking about CA course then understand that it requires very hard work.
