Future College Bareilly, also known as Future Group of Institutions, accepts scores from various entrance exams for admission to its MBA program. The minimum score requirement for each entrance exam is as follows:

• JEE Main: 75th Percentile or above.
• UPSEE: 75th Percentile or above.
• CAT: 70th Percentile or above.
• MAT: 70th Percentile or above.
• XAT: 70th Percentile or above.
• CMAT: 70th Percentile or above. 

For admission to other courses, such as B.Tech, MCA, and BBA, Future Group of Institutions accepts scores from JEE Main, UPTAC, and UPCET. The admission process is merit-based, and the final admission is offered after verification of documents and payment of the admission fee.

Admission to the M.Tech and MBA programs is contingent upon obtaining a valid score in either the Karnataka Postgraduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) or the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT).
