Yes, you can get admission without a CAT. Lloyd Business School accepted XAT, GMAT, MAT and CMAT. Even you can also get direct admission after scoring above 55% to 60% in your 12th boards and if you want to take admission to master you have to show a bachelor's degree with a 55% score you have to first register in which course you want to take admission. Yes, SNDT women's university conduct their entrence exam and SNDT university admission is both merit and entrence based. 

SNDT University will start admission on 15 July 2023 (Tentatively) for the 2023-24 session to various UG and PG courses.

I don't think that JEE entrance exam is necessary to join Central university of Himachal Pradesh. Either you have not appeared for JEE, you can join Central university of Himachal Pradesh by appearing in the Central university of Himachal Pradesh entrance exam named CUET-UG and CUET-PG. After appearing for the entrance exam, results are declared and then you can take admission. Depending upon the score you can join Central university of Himachal Pradesh. And you can also get admission through reserved categories like SC, ST, EWS, PWD, etc. 

The selection criteria for the required course is mainly dependent on the entrance examinations i.e CAT/ MAT/GMAT/XAT/ CMAT with minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised university by UGC/ AICTE.

For 2023, cut off was 4649 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science in IIT Bombay - Indian Institute of Technology. ATMA (AIMS Test for Management Admissions) is one of the common entrance tests that many management colleges accept for MBA admissions, therefore no, you cannot enrol in an MBA without passing it. However, Candidate having minimum 50% aggregate in graduation (45% in case of reserved category from a recognized university and having a valid CMAT/CAT/MAT (Feb)/ XAT/ATMA or Association CET score are eligible to apply for the MBA program.

No,  JEE Main 2024 dates for admission to IIT Gandhinagar are not out yet. It is expected that JEE Main 2024 notification will be released in the first week of December. NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2024 exam in two sessions in January and April. The exact date of the exam for both sessions will be announced in the notification.
