The worst college ever, no placements, no basic facilities, no campus, the worst faculty.

Placements: Don't ever think about getting in this college ever. They literally give NO campus placements. If you manage to get even 20k per month that will be like a super great deal. The worst college ever you can get into. Almost destroys future of the new 60 kids that get into.

Infrastructure: The worst service of Wi-Fi. Works only half the semester, the worst labs ever, half the machines or computers don't work. There is no campus of theirs yet. Its all in one residential building. Everyone studies in a residential building. I can't mention everything here. But no place for sports, gym, music, swimming pool, canteen, proper mess, hostel. Not good with anything literally. I can literally write a book on whats missing here.

Faculty: The worst faculty ever except for 2 teachers. I guess the only reason anyone will come here is because of Swati MA'am and Ganguly Sir. The worst curriculum ever to teach anyone. Some teachers don't even know about the subjects what they are teaching. Half the time they don't even come to class. We give so much fees and for what.

Other: Scholarships are given by lottery system and not to the one who needs it. Its not for general category at al, campus, fests, teachers, facilities, labs, cleaning, activities, not even one thing is worth praising.

Other: NIFT is the brand. A famous name in the world of designing. Campus is average. Infrastructure of college is good but not like other NIFT. Faculty of college is supportive and creative. Industry exposure is very good. Placement of college is also good. Placement depends on the capabilities of students.

Written Test
Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test CAT (Creative Ability Test) and GAT (General Ability Test) Conducted by NIFT based on the marks obtained in 10+2. Foreign Nationals/ SAARC/ NRI admission will be based on the score obtained in SAT-1 or Special NRI Test conducted by NIFT.
Situation Test
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Situation Test based on score obtained in CAT (Creative Ability Test) and GAT (General Ability Test).
Counselling
Admission is through counselling based on the cumulative score calculated on the basis of marks in CAT (Creative Ability Test) and GAT (General Ability Test). Weightage will be given as: CAT- 50% GAT- 30% Situation Test- 20%
