Yes, JEE Mains is compulsory for B.Tech. admission at NIT, Raipur. The seat distribution for admission to NIT Raipur will be governed by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).
A merit list would be created category-by-category, detailing candidates' All India Ranks (AIR) with a valid JEE Main or equivalent entrance examination score.
Candidates are expected to participate in JoSAA Counselling rounds according to their category based on the rank they have attained.

Usually, the 80-90 Percentile in JEE Main 2023 is close to the 1,50,000 to 3,00,000 rank in JEE Main. That means a candidate with an 80-90 percentile in JEE Mains has a chance to get admission to NITs and IIITs for B.Tech courses. However, I could not find any information specific to your percentile score. You can check the details mentioned on this page. I would also recommend you to check with the college directly for more information on admission requirements and procedures. You can visit their official website.

The cutoff for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs varies every year and is based on various factors such as the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, etc. As per last years JEE Main cut off opening and closing ranks, a rank below 5000 is good to get B.E/ B.Tech admission to top NITs including NIT Trichy and NIT Rourkela. However, I could not find any information specific to your percentile score. You can check the details mentioned on this page. I would also recommend you to check with the college directly for more information on admission requirements and procedures. You can visit their official website.

The exact information you were looking for. However, based on my search, you can get admission for CSE in many top colleges like KLE technology of institute, BNM institute of technology, GITAM institute of technology, jss institute of technology. You will find it difficult to get admission in colleges like RV college of engineering, NIT Mysore, sidhaganga institute of technology, Visweshwara institute of technology. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
